Thank you to everyone who joined us for Solace in Nature: Reflections on Grief & Loss, an evening of thoughtful conversation, reflection, and connection. Through stories, photography, and meaningful discussion, we explored how nature, spirituality, and mindfulness can help us navigate grief, uncertainty, and the journey toward healing.
We are especially grateful to our speakers, Shirin Ahmed, LPC, Arman Azmi, Graduate Therapy Intern & Marine Photographer, and David Zverow, LCSW, for sharing their knowledge, experiences, and reflections with our community.
