Women’s Bootcamp begins for six weeks every Sunday starting March 8, 2020 from 10am to 11am. JUST FOR THIS (March 8 – April 12) session, the class will consist of some aerobics and Yoga and no weight training. This program is led by a professional instructor. The cost is $60 for the 6 week session.

Women’s Yoga begins for six weeks every Thursday starting March 12, 2020 from 8:15pm to 9:15pm. This program is led by a professional instructor. The cost is $60 for the 6 week session.

You can also register for both the Women’s Bootcamp and Women’s Yoga (Sundays and Thursdays) beginning for six weeks every Sunday and Thursday starting March 8, 2020. These programs are led by a professional instructor. The cost is $100 for both 6 week sessions.

These programs are held at The Mecca Center, 16W560 91st St., Willowbrook, Illinois. All participants must complete the Women’s Workout Waiver online before their first class.
